Based on data of welding line top surface and electron gun track , calculation methods for parameters of welding equipment size , electron gun movement range , and change range of electron gun focusing deepness are studied . above results can provide design reference for three dimension surface of welding assembling jig and welding device structure 通过读取焊缝顶面模型数据,结合电子枪运动轨迹,研究了焊机设备真空筒的尺寸、电子枪的运动范围、电子枪聚焦深度变化范围等参数的计算方法,为焊装夹具的三维曲面设计以及焊机的结构设计提供了设计依据。
